For people who would like to know what all (and what exactly) we do at Kuliza
Working in social media and social technologies can be a tricky business, not just from the operational end but also from the marketing and business development end. This is because here, you will either meet people who will totally get you, understand each and every line of your pitch and ask intelligent questions or you will meet people who will not understand what you do at all. That is the real challenge, making somebody understand the impact of the space you work in (i.e. social technologies) and then the impact you bring in this space.
We at Kuliza, were (and probably are) facing this challenge big time. When we used to tell people about what we do, and talk out our 50 word pitch, we found them loosing interest somewhere. Then we realized we need sharpen our pitch in such a way that it reduces the information threshold one needs to have to understand what we do. Clearly defining our vision and brand positioning statement was the initial effort in this direction:
“We help companies engage with their world using social technologies”
You can see this as the top most line on our website. But then the next question that comes up is – HOW (i.e. how you help companies engage with their world) ? This company profile is an attempt in this direction. We have tried to keep it very story focussed and hence this presentation consists of 11 stories of 11 teams (clients) that worked their way to success with Kuliza. Each story covers a different aspect of the things we do.
One more thing, this profile (in particular slide number 19) specifically talks about the solutions and services provided by Kuliza. This information is not yet updated on our website, but we are working on it, and it will be up soon. Our team had done a lot of hard work in researching and defining the solutions and we thought why wait to show them to the world! Let’s put them in the profile and the website content will follow.
