Bithi Rout works as a Test Analyst in Kuliza. She joined Kuliza in 2009. Her role involves pro-actively working with colleagues to deliver a product line of fantastic quality. She designs and implements elegant and simple testing solutions that provide predictable and consistent high quality product feedback. She is a quick learner and for her quality work she got the “Individual Excellence in QA” award from Kuliza in 2010.

She is driven by customer satisfaction. She is proud that applications tested by her have the lowest number of issues across the product line. Project managers and developers rely on her to deliver a quality product. Bithi is excited to arrive at work each day to make things just a little bit better. She sees herself growing to larger and larger feature areas in the coming years. She aspires to mentor other testers in large feature areas.

Bithi is passionate about exploring new places and gathers knowledge about the new places. She loves to spend time with her family and visit shopping malls. She always tries to capture all the details of the places she visits. Her favorite food items include all kind of sweets and non-veg foods. Sometimes she likes to enjoy the romantic Bollywood numbers.
