Rohit is a core technologist having business analytical sense with experience in developing and delivering successful and well accepted business solutions in his career of 4 years. As a Development Manager his role is to understand product requirements thoroughly, suggest solutions to product and sales teams, and the design and implementation of a product’s core component. He is also responsible for delivering on quality and management of resources.

Rohit is an IIIT Allahabad graduate major in IT. He is interested in Embedded Systems, Nuero Fuzzy Computational Algorithms and Web Technologies with a strong skill set in J2EE, Search Technologies and Computational Algorithms. Rohit’s passion lies in innovation at each level of work people do regardless if it is at the office or in day to day life. He likes advocating and designing people management processes to enhance the efficiency of a team.
Rohit is a hardcore rock music fan and sometimes tries to play guitar and drums as well. He likes to read and write motivational articles and is passionate about Hindi literature. His big passion is for playing and discussing strategic LAN games, especially for Unreal tournament and Age of Empires.
