At Kuliza most people get hired by their peers. An engineer, designer, or business analyst with industry experience who applies may meet 5 – 6 people, discuss about work they’ve done and share things their passionate about. What is important to us is that we know what people are passionate about. We look at how excited they are talking about what they have made and what they aspire to build. We like this process to feel less of an interview and more like a discussion between like-minded people.
